We notify your creditors and credit bureaus of your Debt Review application by sending a form 17.1.

Repayment plan is negotiated with your creditors to reduce your monthly payments and interest rates. 

Your repayment plan is concluded and referred to the magistrate/NCT to obtain a granted court order.

Once all your debt is settled. A form 19 (clearance certificate) will be send to you, creditors, and credit bureaus to remove your Debt Review flag.
